George C. Marshall Products

Winston Churchill called Marshall the "organizer of victory" during WW2. Marshall was the big-cheese during the the greatest war in history. He handled prima donna generals like MacArthur, Patton, and Montgomery with great skill and was FDR's chief military adviser. After the war, Marshall received the Nobel Peace Prize for his plan to rebuild Europe and stop the advance of communism.

Audie Murphy

What A stud! After being rejected by the Marines for being to short and scrawny, Audie was accepted into the US Army in 1942. Murphy went on to make history, becoming one of the most decorated soldiers during World War Two.

Audie Murphy was awarded the Medal of Honor on June 2, 1945. After the war he became an actor and starred in "To Hell and Back", a movie based on his autobiography.

How cool is that? War hero stars as himself, in his own movie, about his own exploits. It's a great movie, check it out if you haven't.

Omar Bradley Products

Bradley was known during World War Two as "The Soldier's General" due to his devotion and care for the men under his command. He is not as widely known today as some of his contemporaries, but he was a great leader and never put personal glory over the welfare of his men. In 1950 Omar was promoted to 5-star General of the Army rank, and was the last living man with 5-stars when he died.

Abraham Lincoln Products

"Good Old Abe" was the 16th President of the United States of America and it just so happens that a little thing called the Civil War was going on during his administration. This poor guy had one hell of a job. The next time you're complaining about how bad your job is, just thank god you didn't have his.

And don't go to the theater, ever.

Why is he yellow? Why the hell not?

Andrew Jackson Products

I love "Old Hickory", what a hard-ass. General Jackson whooped the British at the Battle of New Orleans, and he did it almost a month after the War of 1812 was over.

In 1835 a deranged house-painter tried to assassinate President Jackson, but both his pistols misfired. The President then started beating the man with his cane until his aides restrained him. How funny is that?

George Washington Products

First in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen. Also, he is first on the Military Heroes Blog. What a stud!

Washington was the leader of the Continental Army against the evil British Empire and the first President of the United States. How can you not love this guy? Plus he did it all with wooden teeth, made out of a cherry tree, that he cut down as a child...? Did I get that last part correct?

These are some great Zazzle products featuring "The Original Stud" General Washington.
